Excited to go workout today… weird.
I’m not sure why, but I think it’s just because i’m really happy to be back on track. Sometimes at work the chefs will make extra for us to taste, or there’ll be extra food if there was a banguet. Monday there was this delicious looking Chicken alfredo, and I didn’t have any of it. I’ve been trying really hard to be dairy-free. I’ve noticed my skin looks a lot brighter and feels softer.
Key word here is RUN…the whole thing. No breaks!
i could do it a month ago, but when i missed a week of running for graduation crap i lost my stamina somehow. running as far as possible every single day to build it back up. i’m up to 2.5 miles, i hope when i run today i can get closer to 3.

Sorry about the quality lol. But this is my post-workout lunch. Lite salami and spinach egg white omelette, sliced green apple, and a cup and a half of vanilla soy milk. It was about 450 calories and so filling. I had to add more egg whites because I went a little spinach happy and there was more spinach than anything else in the pan haha.
